Life can be tough at times. And not always in ways that make sense.

We carry things. Loss, pressure, questions about who we are and how we’re living. Relationships that don’t quite work. Changes we didn’t ask for. It’s part of being human, messy, uncertain, and at times, lonely.

I work with the full range of being human, bringing both personal and professional experience of navigating life’s ups and downs. I’ve supported people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, addiction, grief, and the feeling of being lost or unsure of direction.

My approach and influences

I’m an integrative therapist, drawing from different approaches depending on what feels needed. I’m warm and down to earth, and my practice has been shaped through thousands of hours working alongside people.

At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together. A space where you feel safe enough to explore yourself—your challenges, your patterns, your choices.

I’m interested in how your relationships, past and present, have shaped you. The past has a way of staying with us. Therapy can help make sense of that, and slowly loosen what feels stuck.

I draw from psychodynamic and relational work, alongside body-based and creative approaches. In our work, I pay attention not only to what is spoken, but also to what is felt, noticed, and not yet easy to name. I believe words matter. So do pauses, bodily sensations, imagination, and making space for things to unfold in their own time.

At times, we might work more creatively. Exploring sensation, movement, drawing, or simply using the space around us to find a different way in.

I offer a steady space to land and, when it’s needed, a gentle nudge forward.

Making contact‍

If you’re thinking about reaching out, we can start with a free 20-minute call. a chance to talk through what’s been going on for you and what you'd like to get from therapy. If it feels like a good fit, we can then arrange an initial session. The best way to contact me is via email.

Therapy is a place where you don’t have to hold it all on your own. We meet it together.
