Coaching
Most people focus on goals.
I’m more interested in what shapes them.
I work with leaders, teams, and organisations across the world.
From those finding their feet, to senior executives carrying complex, high-stakes responsibility.
I know from my own experience that on the surface, things can look steady. But behind that, there’s often pressure, uncertainty, or a quiet sense that something isn’t quite aligned.
I offer coaching, workshops, talks, and training that reach across all layers of an organisation. Not as a quick fix, but as a way of creating space, space to pause, to think more clearly, and to begin working in a different way.
My work is shaped by psychotherapy and organisational psychology. It supports meaningful, lasting change, influences culture in a way that’s felt day to day, and gives people tools they can actually use.
Because when people begin to understand themselves differently, something shifts. And from there, the way they lead, relate, and make decisions starts to change too.
How do I work with youWe meet either online or in person. Each session lasts 60 minutes.
If it feels right, I also work outdoors, 90-minute sessions that offer a different pace, a different perspective. Sometimes, being alongside movement or nature opens something that a room can’t.
Change doesn’t tend to happen all at once. It builds over time. That’s why I suggest a minimum of eight sessions.
And if it doesn’t feel right for you, you’re not locked in. You can step away, and I’ll refund any unused sessions. It matters that this feels like the right place for you.
What’s the differences between coaching & therapy. They can look similar on the surface. But they move in different ways.
Coaching is more focused on where you are now, and where you want to go. It’s about clarity, choice, and taking steps forward. There’s reflection, but it’s in service of action. Therapy often goes deeper into the past, making sense of what’s been carried, and working with it over time. I bring my background in psychotherapy into my coaching, but I stay mindful of the boundary between the two. And if I sense that therapy might support you more, I’ll say that openly.
Am I the coach for you?
A question worth sitting with. If something in you is restless, or quietly asking for change, that matters. If you’re holding a lot, or feeling stuck in ways you can’t quite name, that matters too. If you’ve achieved what you thought you wanted, but something still feels missing… yes. If you’re leading others but unsure how to lead yourself… yes. If you want space to think, feel, and move forward with more honesty… yes.
“His deep grasp of what I was feeling fuelled our coaching. He helped me see a path ahead and gave me the courage to walk it.”
How much does the coaching cost?My fees work on a sliding scale, depending on whether the work is personal or organisational, and your level of income.
