I’m interested in the moments that shape us, how we make sense of them, and what becomes possible when we do.
About
I support other humans for a living. Deep meaningful connection is at the heart of all that I do.
My career started out on the front line of homelessness services in local government. My days were often spent beside people who’d lost everything or had lived in the grip of poverty for years. It was raw and overwhelming. Looking back now, I think most days, I felt inadequate, but deep down, I knew I’d found my calling. Those moments taught me something: the deep resilience in people and how being truly listened to, given space, offered choice, and handed opportunity shapes the way we live our lives.
This fuelled a determination in me and I went from working on a central government initiative to founding an award winning charity and business dedicated to offering the support I felt that people deserved. It continues to make a difference today. Here I discovered the passion in me to change the script rather than follow the old one.
The more I learn, the more I realise how much I don’t know. Questions fuel me: How can I understand myself better? What can I give? Why does someone act a certain way? And how do I find the right words for what matters? I’ve learned to listen deeply, not just to what’s said, but to the spaces between words. Beneath every story lies a hidden thread, waiting to be uncovered.
I develop myself along the way, curiosity ever by my side. This has led me to do years of in-depth study, building the experience essential for this work, including a post-grad in counselling and psychotherapy, as well as training in somatics. I’ve also developed a deep passion for facilitation. I love playing with space, ideas, and creativity, bringing more joy into teams. and businesses. My aim is to support people to live well, speak their truth, and walk their talk. I feel like I live and work in the in-between, the spaces where all these elements overlap, finding a home in the middle. It all feeds in, shaping how I connect and influence the relationships I have the privilege of nurturing, as well as those yet to come.
I do a few different things, but working with people sits at the centre of it all.
I run a small private therapy practice in London. Alongside that, I’ve spent over a decade working closely with people through coaching, leadership, and organisational settings.
I also work within a trauma consultancy, supporting organisations in times of crisis, and I facilitate groups for leaders and teams, creating space for more honest conversations around grief, suicide, and change.
In 2025, I launched a side project with a close friend called what if—a series of gatherings and workshops, inviting people to explore the questions that tend to sit quietly in the background.
I believe change takes courage, and messy is often part of the path. But when we give ourselves space to pause, wonder, and explore, something begins to shift.
In my spare time, you’ll likely find me running, often in the mountains, or deep in conversation. I live in London, though I’ve spent time living abroad. I travel when I can, drawn to the mix of people, place, and culture. It’s where some of my best moments have unfolded.
When you’re ready, say hello.
